Cryptocurrencies Rebound and One Altcoin Soars 16%

Despite the recent price increase, cryptocurrency trading volume has plummeted by 15% from its peak, and Bitcoin remains stagnant, fluctuating between $98,000 and $108,000.

In the past few hours, cryptocurrencies have shown signs of recovery, even after initially being affected by measures introduced by Donald Trump. In this context, Bitcoin is up 2.09%, surpassing $97,000, according to Binance. Meanwhile, Ethereum has risen 0.9% to $2,600. Most altcoins are trading in positive territory, led by Litecoin with a 16.6% surge, followed by Chainlink (+5.9%) and TRON (-5.8%).

Lightchain AI: A Rising Innovator in the Crypto Space

Lightchain AI is gaining traction in the crypto industry with its groundbreaking approach, combining artificial intelligence and blockchain technology. Key innovations include its Proof of Intelligence (PoI) consensus mechanism and the AI Virtual Machine (AIVM), designed to tackle major challenges such as scalability, privacy, and decentralized governance.

With a well-defined roadmap—including the launch of its mainnet in March 2025 and global expansion by June—Lightchain AI is positioning itself as a major player in the industry. These foundations support the project’s goal of driving its token, LCAI, toward the $1 mark, attracting both investors and developers.

BTC Activity

Meanwhile, Bitcoin network activity has declined significantly. According to the CryptoQuant Network Activity Index, activity has dropped 15% from its November 2024 peak, reaching its lowest level since February. Daily transactions have fallen from 734,000 in September to 346,000 today.

From a technical perspective, Bitcoin remains stuck between $90,000 and $108,000. As long as these levels hold, sharp price swings like those seen last week are considered normal and do not indicate a breakdown of the dominant bullish structure.
