XRP Ledger Scores Big—Braza Bank Launches BBRL Stablecoin

Braza Group, a major player in international banking, has launched BBRL, a stablecoin pegged to the Brazilian Real, on the XRP Ledger (XRPL).

This is the company’s entry into digital finance, providing secure and fast transactions for businesses and individuals.

BBRL aims to bring stability, reducing exposure to price volatility common in cryptocurrencies. Marcelo Sacomori, CEO of Braza Group, said, “With BBRL we are not just launching a new digital currency— we are shaping the future of financial transactions in Brazil.”

BBRL will be available to institutional clients in early 2025 and to individual users through the Braza On app later in 2025.
