Google bonds with Wormhole’s Guardian Network

Wormhole Foundation revealed that Google Cloud is the latest addition to their Guardian Network. A decentralized network of reliable validator nodes, such as Figment, Everstake, P2P, and RockawayX, is called the Guardian Network, which is crucial for transaction validation.
The security and validation technologies of the Wormhole ecosystem rely heavily on this network. The decentralized network is improved by Google Cloud’s infrastructure, which joins as a Guardian node and instantly backfills any downed Guardian to provide uptime and redundancy coverage.
Head of Web3 APAC at Google Cloud Rishi Ramchandani stated, “Google Cloud’s partnership with Wormhole demonstrates our investment to help scale the Web3 ecosystem by providing powerful computing systems to help the pioneers of Web3 build more securely and efficiently.” “Wormhole provides a universal, open source, and secure interoperability platform across the blockchain ecosystem making them a valuable partner that can maximize the full potential of our technology’s global scale.”
Wormhole uses a multi-layered and in-depth security method to ensure the security of communications between networks. Two essential elements support the remote custody network: the government, which controls asset departures to prevent propagation across blockchains.
This methodology, along with rigorous auditing procedures and open source development procedures, includes a comprehensive security framework that has made Wormhole a recognized leader in interoperability and the only interoperability protocol to have earned the unconditional endorsement unit of Uniswap ‘s security experts, the Bridge Assessment Committee.
